From this foundational understanding, we collaboratively create a blueprint of achievable, small, and actionable steps, ensuring your progress is practical, measurable, and directly linked to you desired outcome.

The core structure of my program emphasizes weekly or bi-weekly meetings, which allows us to maintain consistent momentum, review your progress, and define the necessary steps for the upcoming session. While sessions are purchased individually, I highly recommend a commitment of between 6 to 10 sessions for each primary topic to ensure new habits are fully embedded and you achieve the best, most sustainable long-term results.
